Why I Started Deluxe
Compassion has been part of who I am since I was a little girl. Growing up, I was the one who naturally stepped in — caring for my younger siblings, looking after my cousins during summer vacations. It was never a chore. It was simply who I was.
My mother was a nurse. She modeled what it looked like to show up for others with skill and with heart. When she became ill, I was by her side — and I experienced firsthand how difficult it is to find truly compassionate, reliable care for someone you love. She passed away in 2021, and that loss only deepened everything I already believed about what this work means.
Before building Deluxe, I spent years as a Trauma Step-Down ICU and PICU nurse in New Jersey — working in high-stakes environments where precision and compassion had to coexist every single day. Six years ago, I moved to Florida with a clear vision: to bring that same clinical excellence directly into the homes and lives of families here in Palm Beach County.
Now, helping the elderly and families in need brings me true happiness. Every client reminds me why I do this — to give others the comfort and peace of mind I once wished I could have given my own family.

My Story

I am a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur, and the founder of two businesses built on a single belief: that people deserving exceptional care shouldn't have to settle for anything less — whether they are recovering from surgery, managing a complex illness, or simply aging in the home they love.
My mother was a nurse. Compassion was modeled for me long before I ever stepped foot in a hospital — and I carry that legacy into every room I work in.
I began my clinical career in New Jersey as a Trauma Step-Down ICU and PICU nurse — environments where precision under pressure is everything. Over 23 years, those high-stakes settings shaped a standard of care I refuse to leave at the hospital door. Six years ago, I relocated to Florida with a clear mission: to bring that same excellence to families in Palm Beach County.
I founded Deluxe Private Nursing, LLC because families deserve RN-led, fully attentive nursing care in their homes — not a substitute, not a shortcut, but the real thing. I then created Deluxe Homemaker & Companion Services to extend that same standard to non-medical care — the consistent, dignified daily support that preserves independence and quality of life.
Both businesses are rooted in values shaped by a life lived across cultures — as a woman with deep Haitian heritage, a mother, and a healthcare professional who has seen firsthand what happens when quality care is inaccessible. My mission has always been personal.
I didn't build Deluxe because it was easy. I built it because it was necessary — and because I knew exactly how to do it right.
